Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dobermann VS Code extension ("Service") provided by DBMN.io ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dobermann is a VS Code extension that enables users to interact with REST APIs at scale. The extension runs locally on your machine and communicates with your configured API endpoints. Our backend services (hosted on Supabase) handle authentication, licensing, and aggregate usage tracking only.

The Service does not process, store, or transmit your API request/response data, authentication tokens, CSV/JSON file contents, or any data from your configured environments.

3. Registration & Accounts

To use Dobermann, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required. After the trial expires, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan or access a licensed environment.

5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are in USD. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page. Local currency conversion is handled at payment time by the payment processor (Stripe).

Annual billing is charged upfront and provides two months free (pay for 10, get 12). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your payment for a full refund. Lifetime licence purchases are also eligible for a 30-day refund.

7. Usage Limits

The free tier (post-trial) is subject to the following limits:

ConstraintLimit

Paid plans have no API call, threading, or batch size limits. Individual licences are limited to 2 concurrent VS Code instances per licence.

8. Telemetry & Data Collection

Dobermann collects aggregate usage data to improve the product. We never collect: API request/response bodies, authentication tokens, CSV/JSON file contents, or user data from your configured environments. If your organisation requires zero telemetry, contact us at hello@dbmn.io. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property
